1. Information We Collect

ODS collects information necessary to evaluate project inquiries, prepare technical commercial proposals, and fulfill structural engineering contracts. This includes:

• Contact details (name, corporate email, phone number, organization, and country of operation).
• Engineering project information, design basis parameters, and structural specifications voluntarily transmitted via our quotation forms or direct email.
• Technical drawing files (DWG, DXF, PDF, 3D model files, ZIP archives) submitted for scope appraisal.

2. Confidentiality of Technical Drawing Files

We recognize that structural drawings, process flow designs, and 3D plant models represent valuable proprietary intellectual property. All files transmitted to ODS are treated as strictly confidential:

• Files are stored exclusively on secure, encrypted engineering drives with role-based access.
• Drawing packages are accessible only to engineers directly assigned to quotation or project execution.
• We never publish, share, sell, or disclose client drawing files or engineering models to third parties.

3. Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)

ODS welcomes and routinely executes bilateral Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) prior to receiving confidential tender documents, FEED packages, or proprietary equipment drawings.
